One quibble (other than with his grammar -- he really needs an editor) is that the sleazy marketing practice predates the acquisition. Many times Pinnacle came out with a new publication and sent me an "invoice" for renewing it. I don't know, maybe it helps corporate types justify buying these things to the purchasing department. I do know that this practice was one of the reasons that I chose to keep FPA and dump FT when I could no longer afford both. Of course, I continue to this day to get "renewal invoices."
