I haven't trusted 'disk compression' since using "stacker" in Dos 5.   When
the disk got close to being full, files would start getting corrupt.   

HD's are cheap, and getting bigger at the same time.  I just added a 300GB
Sata drive to store my music production programs and data files dirt cheap.
