John, I have a VFP 6.0 system that used to use Acrobat PDF Writer/Distiller to create PDF files which were emailed as needed. It now uses Eqeus (eqeus.com) as they got tired of buying additional copies of Acrobat (not to mention the setup) each time a new employee came on board (The exe was distributed to each employee).
Hope this helps, George John J. Mihaljevic wrote: Date: Tue, 12 Sep 2006 14:20:00 -0400 From: "John J. Someone at another site would like to get a few reports from this system on a daily basis, but since they can be so long, we don't wanna have to fax all those pages every day. I'd like to send the output to a file that can be emailed to him, but when I do that, the output file doesn't appear to be readable since it's more than just straight text (graphics, fonts, etc.). How would I go about creating an output report file that can be opened in Word (or something else) with all formatting intact? Thanks!
