You could print to a PostScript printer, such as the Apple Color LW
12/660 that comes with windows, then use Ghostscript (google it) to
convert it to a PDF.
Or, if some user input required is not a problem, you can download
CutePDF (google) which is free, and will install a PDF "Printer" as a
printer. They just select that as their printer, give it an output
name, and voila!
