There's really nothing you can do. Someone who had your address in
their Outlook address book was infected, and the virus copied all
those addresses and uses them in its various spam attempts, both as
recipients and as spoofed senders. I don't get 4000/day, but several
hundred, easily. The ProFox list alone gets 20-30 such bounce notices
a day.
