Subject: [NF] Securing Word data

Hi,
I am preparing some documentation using ms Word and it occurs to me that it
would be useful to protect some of the content (Author, copyright notice
&c.) - is there a way to do this in Word - either in document properties
and/ or (preferably) the actual text ?

   thanks
