thanks for the replies - I have decided to rely on low level steganography - not many people actually know about file properties, or hidden text. So I have put the bits I want to secure in file properties or hidden text, I also already have a drawing from Visio (btw the Visio database reverse engineering isn't at all bad) to which I have added the secured text and then included it in the word doc. I also had to set word to print hidden text and drawings.
