I have (old) code - oApp.readini() handles a conventional ini file to build
array properties ('universal' options may be hard coded into the arrays).
oNewApp.readini() inherits that logic and also reads [ms SQL Server]
table(s) and *adds* extra entries to the arrays (if any).
