I wish that customers would always have fully patched operating systems. When it takes almost 30 seconds to actually connect to a computer on the new system, but split-seconds on the old computer, it does become a problem. The second issue we had was NETBIOS name resolution. When IPv6 was involved, computers wouldn't see each other and wouldn't be able to reference each other by name.
