MSVCR71.dll won't install in the System32 folder of the client if access
rights are not allowed. You have to manually copy it over with admin
rights and this can be a real pain.

I install MSVCR71.DLL in my application's folder. No rights required.
Works like a charm.

BTW: Microsoft advises that MSVCR71.DLL should be stored locally with
applications or in the PROGRAM FILES\COMMON FILES ... folder, but never
in the WINDOWS or WINDOWS\SYSTEM* folders. This advice is for all apps
that use MSVCR71 - not just VFP.
