At this point - I'm just trying to create a screen - and not actually build
an EXE. Even the screen only has the single label on it. 

As for an "Edit" fixing it - its not just Any edit. Only the Edit of the
Properties within the SCX when having it open as a DBF. I just opened the
form - as it stands with the wrong label & location on the screen - and
moved that label - and that didn't fix the problem at all.

Also, still not sure what you meant about "... why I suggested the command
that would compile the form." What command is that exactly (as opposed to
compiling an Exe)?

If you make any edit, then save the form, it compiles the form at the time
of the save. This is why I suggested the command that would compile the
form.

Does compiling the exe with the compile all flag on fix it?
