Nothing to stop you creating a virtual machine running XP SP3 using MS
Virtual PC or VirtualBox, and running it in that though.

FoxPro for DOS 2.6 or FoxPro for Windows  2.6 would also work.

I think your best bet is to put it out to tender - see which old-time
Fox people could take a zip of the entire program folder off you and try
to get it running.

Further advice would be take backups. But you've probably realised that
already. :)
