Okay, Fox is throwing the "Class definition EXCEL.APPLICATION not found" error, which points to a likely registration problem with the app. We'll get in touch with the client's IT staff and see if they can invoke the /regserver solution and/or the Microsoft Office Repair Tools. Isn't it great MS ships an app so complex it comes with its own MORT?
