You could look at Fastmail maybe? Their paid business accounts allow
something like 2GB/hr through your account I think.
I had previously rejected Fastmail due to its high per-address price and
its restrictive configuration policies. It might be worth considering
though if I'm going to have to use a separate provider solely for this purpose.
