I once debugged a system in vegas that was used for the enterprise, and it
consisted of many systems.

I finally found the piece that broke.

Apparently they had a position that created a spreadsheet, and they had laid
that person off.
That spreadsheet was read into a prg and when it didn't find a new
spreadsheet, the whole thing came to a stop

Wonder how many systems are out there like that
