Maxemail is an integral part of one of our vertical niche packages. We've been using it for a decade now from clients all over the country with few problems and extremely rare outages. Their tech support is excellent. We email (SMTP good, MAPI bad, trust me on this) complex multi-page documents in HTML format and they render flawlessly. Can't recommend them too highly.
