work on that every day, but as the link stephen supplied earlier shows, opportunity in IT for americans over 50 is very limited unless of course you have a specific niche like ed and some others have.
And if you study the wage groups in america, when you get forced out of IT, everything else is pretty well minimum wage, and I refuse to go that route, so I keep my nose to the grindstone and study and do what I can simply because the issue is much bigger than most are willing to acknowledge.
