That should be apart of the primary key, site location,  and referenced
ongoing for all aspects of need.

I need to BOL bods and dispatch ASNs to a few of my EDI trading partners.
 Our plant location is very close to the customer site, 20 to 30 min drive
time.  I have to get the DateTime in my ASNs to fit the clients need.

What a PITA :)
