3.11 is an interesting version number. Networking got added to
Windows. You might have thought that this was a big thing, but the
version number was not bumped to 4 or even 3.2.
In other silly version numbers, there was Word for Windows
2.0. Microsoft forgot the parentheses. It meant
(Word for Windows) 2.0
not
Word for (Windows 2.0)
