Lawyer fees may come close to this fee that YYYY is demanding, and time may burn you with Sate of AZ laws expecting things in place. As a heads up the database probably has a lot of functionality in SPROCS and they do not want that getting out their door. MAybe you could get the data back without the sprocs for 1/3 the fee. I have no idea on what data is in the tables because you may have a lot of images death certificate, etc., as well as pictures from the family that present on their site for funerals.
