I'm a big fan of ImageMagick which is a free image manipulation tool
that works on a variety of platforms including Windows.
ImageMagick can thumbnail most PDFs into a PNG for you to display in the
image viewer.

Anyone suggest a way of previewing a thumbnail and also displaying a pdf on a
VFP form.
I am currently using the Microsoft browser object with some success but it
doesn't seem very stable, I have got rid of most but not all toolbars ... the
pesky HUD (heads up display) won't go away. And generating a thumbnail of
page1 isn't easy
Thanks
Chris.
