A lot of programmers have stepped outside of .NET and go into javascript web programming that has little benefit when coded inside of the VS IDE outside of intellisense. There is a lack of "class" creation for getting work done as you are now putting the same work in javascript and or jQuery existing plugins. I call myself a programmer not a .NET programmer. I can work in java, javascript (node & angular) , C++, C# and F#. Would like to add python and ruby but there is way too much other stuff on my plate today that night time code is not important any more.
