Mike - am having the problem on multiple OS's - incl. Win7 & Win10 systems. 

Alan - not sure about regional settings - will have to look into that and 
follow-up when I can.

I use that same control but I haven't had any reports of problems. I just 
checked it and ran through a few tests and it seems to be working well.

You're experiencing this on multiple user systems?
Any idea which OS is having problems?
