You may be able to turn on 2FA, and generate an application password. I don't 
know if Google will shut it down if it is used from multiple IP addresses in a 
short amount of time.

Chilkat has an email component in the ActiveX. There is plenty of documentation 
on using the tool to get and use an oauth token. Sadly, I don't believe you 
could use a single token for multiple installs.

I would consider a service that allows you to post the errors to. The service 
would be a single point to send the email from. This would also become a single 
point of failure in your error reporting mechanism.
