Nope, it was the 'hentzen' part.

Of course, on my msdn sub, it's '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'. And that part 
was found in their database. Just not "Whil Hentzen".

Step 1. I send them this email:

Step 2. They answer:

Step 3. I respond:

Yes, I know that. (Look in the "Subscriber Information" section below.)

As I stated in my email, I've already tried that, and I still get the
"The data you provided could not be located in our system"

Step 4. They respond:

Thank you for your reply. However, we do not have a fix or work around 
for this problem at this time.

Don't you just love them?????

Yes, many people look at me odd when they first see it. I've thought 
about switching it back but that would cause even more problems.... 
Prolly shouldn't have ever gone to college in the first place.
