Lew, I have several VFP applications that have been running non-stop for years. Every time a new release of VFP comes out, I've recompiled and re-installed without problem.
One suggestion: You might try sprinkling some ... strtofile( "timestamp, global counter and some diagnostics or code location", "myapp.log", .T. ) throughout your code to see where you code is failing. When your system fails, review the log and see if there's a pattern.
