Hi John, Michael! My sister's youngest just became an adult. My sister said that she had to 24/7 program her kids because the kids who had ANY free time were getting in drug trouble. I believe that is the real problem. We have lacked the resolve to completely eradicate the drug trade as we should have done. Catch anyone with ANY drugs - thirty years at labor so hard it will kill them in two. Catch anyone bankrolling drugs - death by firing squad.
