You heard it here first.

I predict $4 per gallon gas by the end of '07.

I predict $6+ per gallon by the time of the next inauguration in '09 
(with a slight dip in the weeks before the '08 election so the oil 
companies can try to elect a republican again).

Gasoline will be well over $15 per gallon by 2020.
