Yes, and so far we've been hanging in there. Sometimes the answer is NO, but we do get an answer. There is always a level of risk when you build a house via construction financing and you don't have a bug $$$ cushion somewhere for shortfalls. We didn't know our risk was this large, but there is a risk nonetheless.
