I don't really know what the reaction is from the users because they just use it like anyone else would use it. "It's there, I don't have to pay for it, so I might as well use it." I think that is the reaction from the users.
Thanks to Gil, I was able to get used to Office 2007 before others were so I know a lot of the ins and outs that others don't know and I have become more familiar with it.
