Sort it out by disabling Norton temporarily. Also, try killing Explorer 
(open taskmanager, and end process on it). Note how many processes 
existed before and after killing Explorer. Run Explorer again (start new 
process/explorer.exe) and note which processes start up.

It could be spyware/virii.
