I have lost several records from an open table when we had a power failure. Unfortunately they were records of foreign exchange deals worth several billion US dollars; fortunately the traders could remember the details of the trades including the rates to 4 decimal places! What made matters worse was the fact that the mirroring software the bank used was so efficient it had mirrored the corrupt database before we could do anything <g>. Such is life!
