I've used it from time-to-time, but tried to use it to find a place
to live upon moving to San Antonio. They have a section on apartments
to rent, so I set up a filter on my price range and checked out the
results. Unfortunately, about 2 in 3 listings were from real estate
agents working with apartment locator services. When you ask about the
listing, the response was inevitably " it's just been rented, but we
have others!". These scummy agents made it impossible to use
craigslist to find a place.
