the oci.dll doesn't show in the process list, so it's not running (right?). Ugh! What the heck!??!? I moved it (87 KB) to my c:\crap folder and then was able to delete c:\oracle and all its tentacles....went back to c:\crap to delete the renamed file (now xoci.dll) and it still won't, citing the same message.
