Fear of death has nothing to do with the topic. Oxygen deprivation may be able to recreate the white light and the tunnel, but it can't recreate the meeting of dead relatives and friends. Almost everyone who has had a near-death experience has had it completely change their lives. Since with many near-death experiences the dead person doesn't know he's dead, it can't an illusion based on expected results. People have had near death experiences dying during routine minor surgery when the possibility of death was nearly zero.
I've had two friends who have had near-death experiences and both told me that they no longer feared death because it was so wonderful an experience. --- Nicholas Geti <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Yes, you are right.
