Well, ask her, again, if you have asked before, to get you on board before it 
happens. Be clear that this is the only way you will be able to help her, 
unless she is somehow helped by complaining fruitlessly. I realize that some 
people take more time to get through to than others.

Now my tech guy can get into my box anytime he wants. I wish he would more 
often!
