The feature at hand that is possibly at error is a printing of 
envelopes...that's all.  No data is being screwed up...it's an end 
report.  I've extended a vast amount of energy for support....and that's 
the whole freakin' reason for LogMeIn....so that I can be just as though 
I was there....seeing the same f*cking screen and messages as she is.  
If it's too much for her to call me as requested, then that's no longer 
my concern.  There's a line you have to draw, and I think I've been 
extremely generous.  It's like yelling at the doctor after you refuse to 
take the medicines or perform the actions he's prescribed.
