I believe in a strong defense.  I think it would be a mistake for the 
USA to unilaterally disarm, but I wouldn't mind reductions in defense, 
as long as we had treaties with all other major players for proportional 
reductions in their defense/military/disarmament, so the USA would at 
least maintain her current position relative to all the other countries.

I'm worried about countries like China, though, who are now aggressively 
building their military might.  Oh well, china wouldn't need to take 
over the USA militarily.  China could simply take over the USA 
economically by foreclosing on the mortgage she hold on our country.  LOL
