I was part of the TN State app that handled all the data from the
court systems and would calculate the payment(s) to the receiver when
there was anything to send.  I was amazed at how little they cared
about the "customer" they were representing.

That was 1994-95 all in FPW.  What a nightmare having Arther Android
in charge.
