OK, so you want to play "look it up?" Try "government." Government by is nature is compulsory, a few intellectually vacant "anarchist" philosophers notwithstanding. Good government gets its authority by the consent of the governed. I'm OK with criticism of my views, but do have to be such a jerk about it?
