With Steve's fragile lungs, we've both been getting flu shots for several years now. Last year we were also able to get pneumonia shots.
Around here (California) there are a few markets and pharmacies that offer shots every fall. I encourage everyone to go and get a shot, especially if you've got small children, are over 65, or have fragile lungs like my husband.
