I looked at their "show" and found it chock full of nothing.

Would you just pick an off shore team to make something or would you
take a team that really sucked?  Would you compare that against a team
in the USA that might be good?

In the end what do you get anyway?  Is your code base reusable between
win and web apps?

Currently I am in QA hell.  I need a Hockey Mom patch for this gal,
and a tube of lipstick. :)
