What I can't understand is that a lot of the changes to the interface in Vista and Office 2007 seem to be change for the sake of it which makes it much more difficult to use for experienced users. I understood that the Windows layouts, keystrokes, etc were the result of extensive research in the M$ usability labs in the 90's - are they implying that their results were totally wrong?
