this is what I enacted, Web page mind you.

Where Previous Next are links that grab data from the URL to pass down
to the SQL layer to get the proper  Previous / Next values for
re-display.

Alredy hve new features requested to do the same for all other filters
used to get here. Getting "ugly" from my POV, but you want a change,
no problem!
