Thanks for the tip Michael.  All of that XML work got thrown out the
window because Google said there was an error.  I either couldn't
accurately interpret what they were telling me was the error, or they
weren't telling me what the issue was.

I switched over to a Tab delimited file and it uploaded and got
processed *MUCH* faster than the XML file.  I had some columns that were
ending with a double quote that was causing me trouble and Google told
me the line number that was causing the error.  Nice.  I was able to fix
that and upload again.

I don't know why XML didn't work, but it was nice to see arcane
technology work.  At the end of the day, I've got to solve someones problem.
