I'm creating a feed out of my clients database (Foxpro data) as an Atom feed and I'm uploading that feed to Google Base but it's failing. No real reason is given. My Atom 1.0 format matches their example document and the online Atom and XML validators are failing because of Google's special tags.
Perhaps I'm going in the wrong direction. Has someone used the API directly? I could upload each of the 1,200 items one at a time by hitting the API and potentially get immediate feedback. Has anyone done this and can provide some guidance?
