We're planning on upgrading out two servers soon, our software assurance
runs out before too long, and this is a good time of the year for our
company to make this kind of change.

"Server 1 - File Server"
MS Windows Server 2003
Standard Edition
Service Pack 2
Intel(R) XEON(R) CPU
E5430 @ 2.66 GHz
2.67 GHz, 3.00 GB of Ram

"Server 2 - Terminal Server/Anti-Virus Server"
MS Windows Server 2003 R2
Standard Edition
Service Pack 2
Intel(R) XEON(R) CPU
3075 @ 2.66 GHz
2.6 GHz, 1.00 GB of Ram

Are there any words of wisdom that others who have experienced this upgrade
can give us, anything in particular pertaining to VFP ver 9 that we should
know about?

I'm not doing this myself, don't have anywhere near the skills, so we're
having our consultants coming in to do the job.

They've been very good in the past, so I don't doubt there abilities, I'd
just like to hear how others made out in this transition.
