Logmein or TeamViewer personal (free) versions sorts out the remote access.

Just a heads up.

To upgrade vista home to vista ultimate takes about 3 hours.  I just assumed
it would take an hour based on previous versions of windows.  Wow was I
wrong.

First you have to upgrade your current version to SP2 even though the
upgrade is sp2.  Then you can run the upgrade.

To make matters worse, the client had a modem/router that came from Comcast
that wouldn't allow you to remote desktop in.  So they're sending out just a
modem to replace it, but in the mean time no remote desktop.
