I agree, best ever If you want to change the code to get into 1 machine it has to be set up as access code, not windows username and password.. Call logmein support and they can walk you thru. You can change it your self if you are in front of machine or using windows remote desktop. Jerry

They need access now and again but found out the other day they have been getting access to a workstation by logging onto the domain, using the users windows username and password. I have disabled the account on the machine for now as don't want this large security hole accessible. I thought last time I used it, there was an option to put in a passcode that was nothing to do with the windows login. The main website is not much help at the moment.
