This affected me because I my client has an old, old FPW 2.6 system that has the I/O error when you have drives that aren't available like CDs, DVDs and Removable drives. They are using Magic jack to save on phone bills.
Magic Jack must have loaded different software that makes its removable drive unavailable to Windows.
